TOMRA enters strategic partnership with NOVA to strengthen commercial use of digital platforms
TOMRA has chosen Nova Consulting Group (NOVA) as its strategic partner to further develop the company’s global digital platform.
TOMRA is experiencing strong international growth and is continuously expanding into new markets. The need for flexible and user-friendly digital solutions that support daily operations locally has grown in line with this development. The collaboration with Nova Consulting Group (NOVA) will make it easier for markets to work purposefully with both commercial activities and talent initiatives, without losing sight of the overall brand identity.
We wanted a partner who understands both the complexity of a global organization and the practical needs in local markets. Nova stood out with strong business acumen, a clear collaborative mindset, and the ability to combine strategic direction with concrete execution.
In the first phase, NOVA will set the overall strategic direction, conceptual framework, and structure for how TOMRA will use digital platforms as a business tool, while also ensuring technical implementation and building a scalable, flexible platform prepared for future growth.
For us, this is about making digital platforms a better tool for those working closest to customers and candidates. We wanted a partner capable of combining local commercial needs with a clear global framework,
Cecilie Tveter Nemeth and Tomas Sunde at NOVA are proud of the trust placed in them and highlight TOMRA’s role in the green transition and the company’s ambitions for continued growth. They emphasize that the goal is to contribute to solutions and ways of working that make it easier for markets to succeed every day.
The work will be carried out in stages with clear prioritization and ongoing validation. The first phase focuses on direction and concept development, followed by gradual development and rollout in selected markets. TOMRA operates in over 100 countries and has more than 5,000 employees, with an ambition to double revenue within the next five years.
