NOVA is expanding its commercial organisation with two new leaders to meet the rapidly increasing demand for end‑to‑end digital services.

Entering 2026 with strong momentum, NOVA is adding two key profiles who will further strengthen the company’s commercial capacity. As demand for integrated digital solutions grows across the Nordics, NOVA is investing in the expertise needed to help organisations succeed in their digital transformation initiatives.

Two new leaders joining the team

Michael Christophersen joins NOVA as the new Commercial Director. He comes from Metier, where he led sales for digital services in the private sector. Christophersen brings extensive experience in building high‑performing commercial teams, shaping growth strategies, and developing strong client relationships in complex markets.

Morten Blomfeldt steps into the role of Director Strategic Growth and Partnerships after several years at NOVA subsidiary Epinova, where he has been instrumental in client development, advisory services, and business development. In his new role, he will be responsible for positioning NOVA as an even stronger strategic partner—through more holistic deliveries, stronger alliances, and new collaboration models.
