Nova Consulting Group enters Strategic Partnership with Experis

Secures Digitalization Contracts Worth NOK 1.3 Billion

Nova Consulting Group, in collaboration with Experis, has been awarded framework agreements for the delivery of digital services to the Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training (Udir) and the Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Bufdir). The agreements have a total estimated value of more than NOK 1.3 billion over four years.

The contracts include both strategic advisory and operational consulting services in areas such as development, architecture, design, project management, and artificial intelligence. This partnership aims to contribute to the digital transformation of some of Norway’s most critical public institutions.

“Being selected alongside Experis for such a significant digitalization agreement is a clear testament to the market’s trust in both our companies—individually and as partners,” says Trine Røssel Ødegaard, Country Manager at NOVA Norway.

Cross-functional Collaboration and Specialized Expertise

The delivery will involve interdisciplinary teams from both Experis and Nova Consulting Group, including specialists in development, architecture, user experience, insights, and AI. A close and coordinated collaboration between the companies will be key to succeeding in these complex projects.

Trygve Solem, CEO of Experis, emphasizes that the partnership increases both delivery capacity and market competitiveness:

“This collaboration enhances our ability to deliver on large, complex projects in the public sector. With NOVA’s deep technological expertise and our ability to quickly mobilize the right competence, we are well-positioned to meet increasing demands for speed and quality. Together, we can establish a stronger position as a full-service provider of digital services,” says Solem.

The companies complement each other with highly specialized and mutually reinforcing competencies, creating significant value for clients.

“Our expert teams are agile, responsive, and committed to exceeding expectations. Together with Experis, we bring both technical depth and delivery strength to the table. We see great potential in this collaboration—not only with these clients but also for future opportunities. It underlines our commitment to long-term partnerships that generate real value for our customers and for society,” Ødegaard adds.
