The award is given by ODA-Nettverk, which each year recognites individuals and organizations that contibute to greater gender equality and diversity in the technology industry. The winner will be announced at ODA Inspiration Day 2026.

In 2025, Cathrine received MVP title in the Power Apps category and is currently the only person in Norway to hold this distinction. The MVP recognition is awarded by Microsoft to Cathrine for demonstrating exceptional technical expertise and a genuine passion for tech and commitment to share knowledge. In addition to her external contributions, Cathrine leads the Power Platform initiative at Point Taken, driving strategic capability building and continuous skills development across the organization.
