NOVA is a Scandinavian consultancy agency group of specialized companies who offers a complete range of digital services to both the private and public sectors.

The first company, Epinova, was established in 2007 based on the values and principles we still follow today. The founders believed that the technology driven future should be built by experts and that experts worked best in focused specialized companies. Being entrepreneurs, the founders believed strongly in the benefits of employee involvement and co-ownership. These ideas laid the foundation for "The NOVA way" which make out the core of our business values and business model.

Today the group consists of ten companies with more than 300 experts in Norway and Sweden led by the CEO Geir Allan Hove who is one of the original founders.

In 2020, Explore Equity came in as an investor in the company, providing solid grounds for further growth and expansion.
