Nova has entered into a partnership with Explore Equity (Explore) as Explore becomes a minority shareholder in Nova.
Nova supports its customers in the digitization of business-critical systems and solutions. The service offering includes strategic consulting, user experience, system development, collaboration, and maintenance, delivered by specialized competence environments.
Through the "world's best workplace" concept, employees participate in Nova's unique model, based on continuous development, ownership, and involvement. Over the past seven years, Nova has experienced fantastic growth with over 20% annual growth. The company had a turnover of NOK 337 million in 2019 and achieved an operating profit before tax of NOK 51 million.
Together with Explore, Nova will continue the development of the company through a further strengthened talent model, further development of existing services, and the establishment of new service areas and offices.
- We are impressed with Nova's business model and priorities - always talent and customer first. Nova exemplifies the partnerships we seek: a unique business model, employees at the center, and a focus on solving real customer problems. We look forward to collaborating with the founders and employees of Nova in the coming years, says Simen Vier Simensen, partner at Explore.
- Through Explore, we gain a partner who can support Nova in further development. Explore quickly understood the strength of our unique business model and recognized it as the foundation for the future. At the same time, the Explore team strengthens Nova with complementary expertise in several areas. I am convinced that the partnership with Explore is in the best interest of our employees and customers, and I look forward to working with Explore, says Geir Allan Hove, CEO of Nova.
