Epinova named customer success partner of the year
At Optimizely's annual partner conference, Epinova Norway and Sweden won the award for this year's "Customer Success Partner."
Last week, Optimizely (formerly Episerver) held its major partner conference Opticon21 with over 400 participants from the Nordics, Europe, and North America. The conference, which is a common arena for developers, marketing, and sales, included interactive sessions with a number of prominent speakers from various industries and companies.
It is also where the annual partner awards ceremony takes place. Our companies Epinova Norway and Epinova AB in Sweden both won in the category "Customer Success Partner of the Year."
We are especially proud to win an award that recognizes that we deliver good craftsmanship and good advice.
Epinova Norway brought home the award for "Customer Success Partner of the Year" in Europe, and in Sweden, Epinova AB was awarded "Customer Success Partner of the Year" in Sweden.
The award is given to partners who work on establishing solutions in Optimizely's cloud platform on behalf of their customers. The recognition goes to partners who demonstrate high quality in the onboarding phase through extensive expertise, commitment, and understanding of their customers' needs and outcomes.
