Martech agency next puzzle piece in NOVA's Swedish agency build
NOVA continues building an integrated agency group in the Swedish market by acquiring the martech agency Infunnel. They will become an important puzzle piece in the ecosystem of digital services that NOVA is building and will offer to companies in Sweden.
More acquisitions and new company establishments are planned to make NOVA a leader in Sweden in digital transformation, e-commerce, and in developing the brands of the future. Behind the Swedish initiative is Nansen founder Michael Jäderlind, who NOVA has recruited. The establishment is backed by the Norwegian venture capital company Explore Equity.
- Infunnel is one of the most exciting companies in the Swedish martech industry. Their expertise in marketing automation and CRM, together with the SEO and SEM specialists at Pineberry , are important parts of the ecosystem of digital services we are building. Everyone can become a co-owner
NOVA's purchase of the majority stake in the leading martech company Infunnel means that all employees in the company can now become co-owners. The previous main owners continue both in their roles within the company and as co-owners. The new opportunity for all employees to become co-owners in the company is offered to all employees in NOVA's companies and is part of Nova's ambition to become the best workplace in the Nordics.

The future digital customer journey
Infunnel is one of Sweden's leading agencies in marketing automation, CRM, digital leads, and digitalization of the customer journey. The company works with both business-to-business companies and consumer companies with a focus on durable goods. Among the clients are Mercedes, Axis, Dustin, and Tetra Pak.

Strategic start in Sweden
The Swedish part of NOVA already includes SEO and SEM specialists Pineberry and the Optimizely/Episerver-focused subsidiary Epinova, which are specialists in web and e-commerce solutions as well as digital customer experiences. The companies are an important platform in the new company structure.
We are now continuing the expansion in Sweden by incorporating the third company into our Swedish corporate group with digital specialist companies. Together, this forms the foundation of our work to create an organization with various expert competencies that can help customers with services across the entire digital ecosystem.
Leading in Norway
Michael Jäderlind is the CEO and country manager for NOVA's operations in Sweden. He previously founded and led the digital full-service agency Nansen (which was acquired in 2016) and the insight and data-driven marketing agency Odyssey.
Nova Consulting Group is one of Norway's most successful digital service companies and assists some of Norway's largest brands with strategic advice, user experiences, design, digital service development, and cloud services. Over the past seven years, NOVA has had stable and profitable annual growth of over 20 percent. The group had a turnover of just under 370 million kronor in the fiscal year 2020 and an operating profit of just under 55 million kronor.
