Based on Dynamics 365, NOVA's subsidiary Point Taken has delivered a new system that includes improved collaboration, a better customer journey, and more efficient case processing for Rikstoto.
Norsk Rikstoto has a state license and monopoly on operating lottery and totalizator activities within horse racing in Norway. They faced a challenge with their old system being separated into multiple databases. In addition, Compliance held sensitive personal information that not everyone needed to see, which was important for the customer journey and customer service.
