It’s a place where people and expertise come together in everyday moments. Where development happens, relationships are built – and the future is shaped, together. Throughout the year, we host events large and small that bring people together across companies, disciplines, and industries.

Spaces that bring people together
Our headquarters NOVA House, is home to our Norwegian companies, and designed to support how we work, meet and connect. Here you'll find dedicated spaces for focus, creative collaboration, spontaneous conversations, and reaxed social breaks. At the center of it all is Lysgården - a bright and open indoor courtyard where we host everything from seminars and meetups to hackathons and social gatherings. We also do our best to support a healthy rhythm between work and everyday life – with an in-house gym, showers, lockers, and secure bike parking to make staying active part of your day. All of this is available at our Oslo headquarters, NOVA House.
