Nova takes the step into Poland
Nova is launching a new agency in Poland under the leadership of Lukasz Ciesielski, who has extensive experience with Scandinavian companies.
The goal for Nova's Polish operation is to grow to between 40 and 50 employees before the end of the year. The initiative is driven by the need to recruit digital expertise, which is lacking both in Sweden and Norway, to quickly scale up operations as increasingly larger clients join the expanding group's various companies.
- The step into Poland is strategically important for the entire NOVA group. Through the establishment, we secure digital expertise in a number of different shortage areas. In Poland, there are also many consultants with long experience working for one of the leading international tech companies that have established themselves there. Through the initiative in Poland, we hope to gain access to a broad range of expertise that we currently lack in Sweden, says Michael Jäderlind, CEO of Nova Consulting Group in Sweden.
A new era
The establishment in Poland marks the start of a new era for Nova Consulting Group. It creates conditions for working on more extensive assignments for larger international clients. It is primarily the available expertise that makes it possible to quickly scale up various projects that are in demand. Nova can now in Sweden more quickly meet the increased demand from clients for expert knowledge in larger volumes while maintaining high quality.

Large network in Poland
The employees in Poland will be fully integrated into the Norwegian and Swedish agency workgroups and will become a natural part of the Scandinavian operations. The company expects to hire 40 to 50 people this year.
