Nova checks in at BWH Hotels

The NOVA agency Pineberry becomes BWH Hotels' new strategic partner for all of their digital marketing in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. The collaboration includes everything from long-term brand-building communication to operational efforts to maximize the effect of the hotel group's marketing in digital channels. Together, the companies are now forming a long-term strategic partnership.

BWH Hotels includes Best Western Hotels & Resorts, WorldHotels, and Aiden by Best Western. Pineberry is part of NOVA, which is one of the leading digital agency groups in the Nordics.

- We chose Pineberry as a partner for our digital communication after a pitch process with a long line of different agencies. Before the procurement, we had heard that they had a good reputation and we also knew that they are skilled at understanding and meeting customers' needs. Additionally, they have experience and a good understanding of franchise chains and our concept, where we simultaneously work for both our various hotels and their guests, says Sara Hallsund, marketing manager for BWH Hotels in Scandinavia.

Three markets 

In the long-term partnership, both tactical and strategic communication in digital and social channels for all three Scandinavian countries are included. Initially, mainly for BWH Hotels' three different hotel groups and in the near future the group's new brand Aiden. Gradually, local hotels around Scandinavia will also be able to connect. - Together we are now starting the work to strengthen BWH Hotels' position in the Scandinavian market. We will help them maximize the value of everything they invest in digital and social channels. From overarching brand-building communication to getting guests to stay at one of the many different hotels in the group, says Niklas Pålblad, account manager for BWH Hotels at Pineberry.

Entrepreneurs and families

The hotel group now includes nearly 200 hotels across Scandinavia, from Kiruna and Narvik in the north to southern Jutland and Trelleborg in the south. The hotels have a personal touch and no hotel is like the other as they are run by different entrepreneurs and families.
