Happiness managers (yes, really)
At NOVA, we have three dedicated Trivselsansvarlige – or happiness managers – who make sure the everyday vibe is just right. They serve up healthy, homemade lunches, and organize everything from cozy coffee breaks to full-blown parties. They’re the heartbeat of our social culture, and they make sure no week goes by without something fun happening.

Our social calendar is full all year round – from summer and autumn parties to Christmas dinners, Friday drinks, team-building kickoffs and legendary trips abroad. We know that life doesn’t stop when the workday ends. That’s why we love involving our families in the fun. Throughout the year, we host small and big events where partners and kids are welcome – from our annual family day at Tusenfryd amusement park to cozy Christmas parties with tree decorating and gifts for the little ones.
