Fyr Agency celebrates one year of strong growth
It was exactly one year ago that the three founders with backgrounds in design, technology, and business brought their experience and started a new design agency with a new approach and an offering that takes ideas to results. Today, Fyr has grown threefold.
Behind the rapid growth lies a number of clients such as Sweden's communicators, the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA), the Postcode Lottery, and Postnord that Fyr has gained through the strategic collaboration with the other agencies in the NOVA group. In parallel, the company has also driven an internal effort to set vision, goals, culture, and working methods.
— We have all worked together in several workshops to define, among other things, our offering, our brand, and our vision. It has helped keep us on the right track, says Fyr's CEO and founder Anna Stefansson.
In a larger Nordic company, which they cannot yet name, Fyr also has a team consisting of a designer, a product strategist, and a copywriter who work full-time with the company's digital business offering. An assignment that both employees and clients have so far greatly enjoyed and which continues during the spring.
Total experience design sparks interest
Something that always sparks interest in pitches and sales meetings is when Anna and her colleagues highlight Fyr's strategy based on what is commonly called total experience design. It's about designing for a total experience. More and more brands have realized that you cannot separate customer, user, and employee experiences into different silos if you want to create an exceptional overall experience. Anna Stefansson, who together with Joacim Broström and Rodolhe “Rudde” Toots started the company after a request from the Swedish CEO of the Nova group, Michael Jäderlind, at the end of 2021, has not regretted the venture.
— Since then, it has been around-the-clock work with blood, sweat, tears but also days full of laughter, celebration, and a wonderfully fine community. A year ago, I could never have dreamed that we would be where we are today.
