Nova starts agency in total experience design
We are now further expanding the agency group by starting a new total experience design agency in Sweden.
Behind the new agency, Fyr, also stands the renowned trio Anna Stefansson (most recently from Sublime), Rodolphe Toots (most recently from Noa Ignite), and Joacim Broström (most recently from Sublime). With their extensive experience in design and tech, the new agency becomes an important piece in the ecosystem of digital services that NOVA is now building in Sweden. Together with Cloud Nine, Pineberry, Infunnel, and the Optimizely specialists Epinova, Fyr now becomes part of the foundation in NOVA's Swedish agency build.
Through the new agency Fyr, we strengthen Nova with some of Sweden's sharpest consultants at the intersection of tech and design. Together, we create a design agency that truly understands tech. I know them from before and know that they can deliver strategic design solutions that surpass most. The company is already gaining momentum, and I wouldn't be surprised if they have tripled their workforce within a year.
Co-ownership attracts
Behind Fyr are three industry veterans whose paths have crossed several times over the years. The first time was when the design and branding agency Söderhavet and Michael Jäderlind's digital agency, Nansen, shared an office 10-15 years ago. Anna Stefansson was then the agency manager at Söderhavet, where Joacim Broström was also an art director, while Rodolphe Toots worked as a system developer at Nansen.
One of the many advantages of Nova is that we and everyone we hire can become co-owners if they want. We notice that this is a crucial factor now when we recruit both senior and junior talents who will help build our new company.
Tech and design
Anna Stefansson most recently held the position of marketing and sales manager at the digital agency Sublime. She has previously been the agency manager at the design and branding agency Söderhavet and sales manager for Apegroup, which is now called Umain and is part of Arc. Among the clients she has worked with over the years are Fastighetsbyrån, Klövern, Arla, Cloetta Fazer, Pfizer, Holmen, SCA, and Fortum. She is now becoming the CEO of Fyr.

Digital experiences
Rodolphe Toots has just completed his twelve-year tenure at the digital agency Noa Ignite, where he has worked as an account manager in recent years. Some of the clients he has worked with include Friluftsfrämjandet, Electrolux, Absolut vodka, Svensk handel, Klättermusen, and Bravida. He is now becoming the creative technology manager at Fyr.

Total experience design
Joacim Broström has just left a role as creative leader at the digital agency Sublime. Previously, he also worked as design manager at the design and branding agency Söderhavet. Among the clients he has worked with over the years are Riksbyggen, Bosch, Siemens, Företagarna, SF Bio, Skandia, and Coop. He is now becoming the creative director at Fyr. Total experience design (TXD) is a concept recently highlighted as an important part of brand building by the research and analysis company Gartner. For Fyr, total experience design means an exceptionally good and cohesive experience for everyone who comes into contact with a company's or organization's brand. This applies to both external users, customers, and internally among employees.
The expansion continues
The Swedish part of NOVA already includes the digital and e-commerce agency Cloud Nine, SEO and SEM specialists Pineberry, the martech agency Infunnel, which specializes in marketing automation, CRM, and digitalization of the customer journey, as well as the Optimizely/Episerver-focused company Epinova, which specializes in web and e-commerce solutions and digital customer experiences. Further acquisitions and new company establishments are planned in Sweden to make Nova a leader in e-commerce, digital marketing, digital service design, and strategic brand development.
