Service down to the fingertips is in our DNA, it’s our heritage and what we believe in. One of the goals of our new digital customer experience is for it to be reflected already when guests book their stay.
The challenge
Elite Hotels needed a modern digital platform and a cohesive strategy to connect traffic acquisition, online bookings, and customer relationships. Their previous digital ecosystem consisted of multiple tools and partners, which made optimisation and insights fragmented. At the same time, guest expectations were rapidly evolving — travellers increasingly expect personalised, friction-free online experiences that mirror the premium feeling of a hotel stay.
The solution
Leveraging NOVA’s combined expertise in web development, digital strategy and performance marketing, we built a new e-commerce solution on Optimizely — optimised for conversion, speed and flexibility. At the same time, we developed a data-driven marketing strategy to boost visibility and drive direct bookings through organic visibility, paid search and social media advertising.
We also developed a reporting dashboard for the marketing team to follow up important KPI:s and the overall marketing strategy with live integrations with Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and other organic and advertising platforms. The result is a coherent digital journey where every click brings the guest one step closer to booking.
